Last Wednesday night was my first shift back to work, it went well, although it was much harder to leave Abby than I thought it would be. I am so greatful for an amazing husband who has been such a great help and an amazing father to Abby. I love just watching the two of them play. Abby has grown so much and each day she is discovering new things to look at and new sounds to make. I could not ask for a better baby, she sleeps for about 6 hours at night then goes right back to sleep until morning. We have had a few stumbling blocks ( nursing did not work out for us, we were having a hard time getting her to gain weight, so I am pumping and feeding her breastmilk in a bottle, which is a little extra work but Abby is worth it!)
I had an interview today for a dental assisting job, it went well now I just wait to hear back, hopefully something will come of it, in the meantime I am going to keep applying for jobs and soon enough something will work out and I will be able to put my hard earned degree to work!
